Frequently asked questions
Sponsorship FAQs
Which sponsorship formats are available?
Sponsorships are organised as lead, topic and supporting partnerships. Each format offers different visibility and activation options at GETTfest.
Can a partnership be tailored?
Yes. The proposal is shaped around your objectives, the audience you want to reach and the available opportunities.
Is exhibition space included in a sponsorship partnership?
Exhibition space is not automatically included. It may be added where space is available and this is agreed separately.
Can a sponsor organise a presentation or workshop?
A presentation or workshop is considered separately, in line with the event themes and programme. Agreement on this kind of activity does not guarantee inclusion in the editorial programme.
When are logos and creative materials due?
After agreement, you will receive deadlines and technical specifications for the logos and creative materials needed for the agreed activity.
Which measurements and reports are provided?
We document the agreed activity, provide available digital performance data and supply selected photography or other supporting assets, depending on the agreement.
What happens after I register my interest?
The partnerships team reviews your enquiry and contacts you directly to discuss your objectives, preferred format and next steps.
